It deposits the filling material onto the dough sheet or trays moving on the production line. Depositors, filling machines, transfer pumps and conveyor filling lines, primarily for the food industry. The Depositor range has been designed to suit the needs of the Bakery, Confectionery and Food Service Industries as well as having applications in the Pharmaceutical and other sectors. Each model has the capability of depositing numerous products such as cake batter, muffin batter, sponge batter, fruited batter, fruit fillings with particulates, jams & marmalades, custards, chocolate compounds, fondants, pastry doughs, bread doughs, cream fillings, meat fillings, sauces, liquids, pastes and many other items.

There are two types of deposit forms:

1. "Continuous Deposit" continuously extrudes the material in the form of lines onto the moving dough sheet.

2. "Spot Deposit" deposits the material individually in round or oblong shape. Because of the air drive system for "Spot Deposit", the material receives no excess pressure. By this system, the material is deposited stably and the uniform production is achieved with a wide range of material application.
